Private Equity opportunities in South East Europe

SEE Legal is attending the CEE AND NEW TERRITORIES PRIVATE EQUITY CONGRESS, organized by unquote, to be held in London on May 16th, 2007.

The key issues addressed by SEE Legal will be the business opportunities in South East Europe, including case studies of successful Private Equity investments, regional projects and a review of the political and economic reforms.

SEE Legal members will focus on the increasing interest of PE Firms and Funds in the region of South East Europe. This presentation will focus on a regional perspective and will feature specific case studies from Romania and Bulgaria, two of the fastest growing economies in the region, including an elaboration on the current and future issues at stake with their introduction into the EU.
