Foreign Investments
- DTB advised American investment fund WP Carey in the sale and lease-back transaction to leading private owned company in Croatia. The value of the deal is EUR 70 million.
- DT&B acted for Allianz AG in tender process for acquisition of leading Croatian insurer;
- DTB advised Croatian Telekom (majority owned by Deutsche Telekom) in acquisition of leading Croatian IT- integrating firm COMBIS Ltd. The value of the deal is € 30 million. The deal is groundbreaking step of the biggest telecom in Croatia into a new market of IT systems integrations with intention to provide unique telecom and IT service to business customers and governmental bodies.
- DTB advised world-leading engineering group ABB (Asea, Brown, Boveri) in acquisition of business of the leading Croatian engineering group Exor, a top 100 exporter of services in whole country. The value of the deal is € 15 million. The deal will make ABB as the biggest and most important engineering group in the region (overtaking such position from Siemens).
