Albania
- advising INSIG, the Albanian Insurance company
on motor vehicle insurance,
- excellent record of insurance litigation.
Bulgaria
- advised American Life Insurance Company on the
establishment and licensing of a life-insurance subsidiary
in Bulgaria,
- helped Munich Reinsurance Company on the acquisition
of an equity participation in a Bulgarian holding
company controlling several insurance companies,
- represented CGNU plc. in the successful liquidation
of their local subsidiary, Berlinische Leben Bulgaria
Pension Assurance Company,
- act as Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary
for the local property-insurance and life-insurance
subsidiaries of American International Group, Inc.
R. Macedonia
- advised the Macedonian Privatization Agency in
the sale of its stake in the biggest insurance company
in Macedonia,
- counsel to the shareholders of Eurolink AD Skopje,
a new insurance company on the market with Swiss capital,
- established the insurance company Eurolink AD Skopje.
Romania
- performed legal audit of two Romanian insurance
companies to comply with regulatory norms and methodologies
Serbia & Montenegro
- advised TBI Holding NV, a Dutch-based insurance
company, in its joint venture with Dunav Insurance
Company, the largest Insurance company in the country.
